Funsho Adeoti, the first wife of Adekaz Productions CEO Kazim Adeoti, has spoken out about her husband’s marriage to Mercy Aigbe, a Nollywood actress, saying that everyone should ignore her husband’s interview with a magazine in which he stated that the actress is his second wife.
“Everyone should ignore my soon-to-be ex-interview husband’s in which he claimed Mercy was a second wife in the marriage,” Funsho stated.
“I never consented to have a second wife in our marriage with him. Mercy Aigbe was a good friend in whom I placed a lot of trust since I liked her.
“I personally invited her and her ex-husband back when I planned a surprise 40th birthday for my husband.” When her son was just 5 months old, she became my husband’s side chick and began sleeping with him. She has caused numerous issues in my marriage over the years, but I am officially done with her. She is free to take him. I’ve given him to her and left the rest to God.”
Adeoti and Aigbe’s marriage was recently made public, prompting accusations that the actress married her husband’s buddy. The actress, however, refuted the claim, claiming that her new husband and ex-husband were never friends.
When the marriage became public, Aigbe’s ex-husband reacted by posting a photo of himself and Mercy Aigbe with the Adeotis on social media, implying that the two couples knew each other. “The truth has finally come out,” he captioned the photo. “Thank you, God.”
