Kanye West and his spouse Bianca Censori are under fire once more following allegations that they fostered a terrible work environment for Yeezy staff members.
According to reports, Kanye West did not treat his staff members well at the YZYVSN music streaming app, which is not yet available.
Bianca Censori was also charged in this regard; according to some workers, she emailed improper explicit content to the workplace, which included children.
As per TMZ, court proceedings took place in a US District Court, whereby Milo Yiannopoulos and Kanye West were accused of several transgressions. But Bianca Censori wasn’t on the list.
Former workers of his stated that Kanye West would refer to them as “new slaves” and other disparaging terms. According to the lawsuit, Kanye participated in “forced labor and cruel, inhuman, or degrading treatment” with his associates.
Allegedly, Bianca gave staff members explicit videos.
At the time, Kanye West had not yet released his streaming app, YZYVSN. He was developing this with rivals such as Apple Music and Spotify in mind. He believed that he would be able to distribute his albums on his own platform and avoid paying these organizations to promote them once his app was live. He brought in a number of foreign workers for this purpose.
When Kanye West also made the decision to enter the porn market and introduce Yeezy porn, things became complicated. The lawsuit claims that one employee received a file-sharing link with offensive content from his wife Bianca Censori. These children are said to have been exposed to the content while the app was being developed.
A sizable compensation payout was promised to some Black members who were underage. $120,000 was to be provided to them, but only if they consented to certain conditions. According to the lawsuit, the rapper mistreated the workers by abusing their race and putting them through grueling work hours.
